Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you accept the terms set out on this page. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may update this page from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies.

What this site is

This is an independent information and comparison site about Mega Casino. We are not the operator. We do not run games, hold player funds, accept deposits or settle bets, and we have no access to any player account.

Anything you read here is editorial opinion and general information. The operator's own terms always take precedence over anything published on this site.

Eligibility

The site is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their own jurisdiction, which is 18 in most countries and higher in some. It is your responsibility to check that online gambling is lawful where you live before you register anywhere.

Affiliate disclosure

Links to the casino on this site are affiliate links. If you open an account through one of them we may receive a commission from the operator. This costs you nothing and does not change the offer you receive.

Commission does not buy a favourable review. Where we criticise something, that criticism stands whatever the commercial arrangement, and the drawbacks listed on our review page are published in full.

Accuracy of information

Bonus terms, payment methods, limits and game counts change without notice. We check the details regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it. Always confirm the terms on the operator's own site before depositing.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and original graphics on this site belong to us. Brand names, logos and game titles belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification and editorial purposes only.

Third-party links

We link to external sites, including the operator and independent support organisations. We are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything a third party publishes.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for losses arising from gambling, from reliance on information published here, or from interruptions to the site itself.

Changes to these terms

We may revise this page at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms, or about anything published here, can be sent through the contact route listed on the site. We aim to reply within a few working days.
